PRIVACY
Rules for information in reference
This notice sets out information boundaries for Vionetics LLC, including website correspondence, direct part-time interests and Vionetics Reference Signals. It explains which details may be relevant, why an enabled service may use them and how a person can question or change a choice.
Effective date: 2026-09-08
REF 1
01 / Start with a purpose
A name, contact detail or written inquiry should serve a defined purpose. When information is provided through an active channel, possible purposes include responding to questions, organizing direct part-time interests and managing message preferences. Security, prevention of misuse and applicable legal obligations can also require limited processing appropriate to the activity involved.
REF 2
02 / Describe the input
Voluntary inputs may include your name, email, question text, part-time area of interest and availability. Mobile program participation may involve a telephone number, consent selection and STOP or HELP requests where the service is enabled. A displayed form does not justify collecting extra sensitive information, and a local completion status does not establish receipt.
REF 3
03 / Identify the responsible source
Vionetics LLC is responsible for the website and the VNT program named Vionetics Reference Signals. Write to duker@vioneticsllc.com with a privacy question or concern. The company contact address is shown on the contact page and footer. Include sufficient context to identify the issue while avoiding unnecessary personal records in an initial request.
REF 4
04 / Set the mobile boundary
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties for their marketing. This restriction applies to the underlying mobile permission, rather than merely to a particular message or campaign label.
REF 5
05 / Limit service access
Services supporting hosting, SMS delivery, security or compliance may need access to limited information when those functions are enabled. Processing should remain necessary to the assigned support purpose and should not authorize independent marketing from consent records. Applicable legal duties may require a specific disclosure, subject to the circumstances and limits of that requirement.
REF 6
06 / Keep only a necessary record
Retention should follow the reason an entry exists, including communication needs, consent evidence, opt-out suppression or an applicable legal requirement. Different records may therefore have different retention periods. Appropriate safeguards should limit unauthorized access and loss, but no information system or communication path can promise complete security under every possible circumstance.
REF 7
07 / Correct or remove an entry
To request access, correction or deletion, contact duker@vioneticsllc.com and describe the information or interaction concerned. Reasonable verification may be needed, and legal exceptions can affect the response. Within an active SMS program, STOP requests opt-out and HELP requests assistance; limited suppression details may remain necessary to avoid sending further marketing messages.
REF 8
08 / Exclude children's submissions
These company pages and the optional message program are not intended for children younger than thirteen. Their personal information is not knowingly sought. A parent or guardian concerned about a possible submission may contact duker@vioneticsllc.com. Provide the context of the concern without attaching identity documents or further sensitive records unless appropriately requested.
REF 9
09 / Review the current reference
The wording on this page may change to reflect revised communication practices or service arrangements. Review the available notice before sharing information in a new context. Questions about a revision can be directed to duker@vioneticsllc.com. A changed notice does not turn a previous unrelated interaction into a new SMS consent choice.
